POLL: What would you rather have, Pro-tak or Blocking?

I dont have too many issues with the run blocking. I did have several issues with years past when I had 3-5 defenders just standing around while another defender or two tried to tackle a player and I saw forced to watch that player break the tackle and score a TD.

I would be better off saying that the run blocking did make me scratch my head sometimes but it was not a constant trouble like only having two man gang tackles. It has already been said that the development of pro-tac has also helped blocking some and other things as well so....

Why do they have to be exclusive? Why can't the blocking deploy Pro Tak technology? I really think the blocking and the defenders need reach technology. Use your arm length and hands. I'll get more into this later.

How are these two things related, you could make dozens of polls with asking questions that don't relate to each other.

Well, in this year's Madden (post-demo), Pro-Tak handles all the blocking. So, if you get rid of one, you lose the other. A lose-lose situation...

This whole point of this thread is to bring about even more attention to this, in my opinion, fundamental part of Madden that is broken, and completely ruining the game (at least for me).

If the thread means nothing to you, then by all means, there is the back button up in the top left hand corner.

For all that didn't understand the point of this thread, I guess I am implying, that instead of development time put into Pro-tak technology, I would have appreciated perfected run blocking AI instead.

I feel EA Sports does not give themselves enough time and focuses too much attention towards "new features". This year Ian and the EA team mainly focused on Presentation and Franchise.. In my opinion. Not leaving enough time to really focus on gameplay.

Then, you got all the casual Madden fans complaining about what face mask a player is using, hand towels and ect. Yes, we all want players to look like they do in real life. But, what Madden is really needing right now is gameplay improvement.

I believe we should have both blocking and pro-tak that works.

Now, I have not played the demo yet. I'm waiting for it to come out the 30th on Playstation store. I cant say too much right now. But, judging from previous next-gen Maddens and what I been hearing... It sounds like they still havent quite got it.
