What specific time will the PS3 1-minute quarter demo hit?

I'm not sure that it is a specific time, but the demo for the Xbox 360 was released fairly early. I'm thinking early in the morning.

Also, I can only hope that there are less videos within the first hour of the PS3 demo release like Apex and RMoody did. Just try to enjoy the game although it will be very short and look for the positives first.

The PlayStation Store typically doesn't update until mid-to-late afternoon. If I had to estimate a time window, I'd say between 4 and 6 PM.

Yeah its supposed to be at 6 pm est. but lately I've found it's more like 7 pm.

I take it since there won't be an European version of the game, they won't have the demo in the UK Store? If you don't know, they usually have their demos a good 5-6 hours before the US store updates

Since when? where did this no PAL stuff come from?

Everywhere I look, it's being released as planned in Aus, and I highly, highly doubt all these stores here are importing US copies. If it was a NTSC only release, maybe one or two of the bigger more savvy stores, but everything seems to be scheduled as normal everywhere I look.

Besides, release here is August 13th, the Thursday. The same day all new major releases happen here. I don't think that would be the case with an import. Official channels = thursday releases.

As for the demo, none here for the 360 in Aus either, but I'm not sure that really means much for the retail release.
