Crayton is not exactly a burner you know. Just because he is a WR doesn't mean he is that fast. DL and LB are getting faster and faster as the years go on and its amazing how someone that big can run that fast.

Re: Why is Tuck as fast as Crayton?

I actually googled their 40 times...tuck 4.61 and Crayton 4.51...so that may have answered my question...Madden may be more realistic than I realized...It just seemed odd at the time (when it was happening)

Not a chance, he is not a super burner DE. But I realize to make Tuck play like he does in real life you have to stretch the speeds slightly. Crayton is a slow WR though oddly enough he is decent after the catch.

He has had to fluky catch and runs in his career one vs. the Raiders like 4 years ago and last year vs. the Cardinals.

LOL, not a chance my azz. Tuck's 40 time is a 4.61 while Crayton's is a 4.51. Not a big difference there especially since your comparing a WR with a DE.

Thanks to the OP for posting those 40 times.

Justin Tuck ran 4.71 at his pro day.

I can't find Crayton

Re: Why is Tuck as fast as Crayton?

This is just like the thread a few weeks ago that was comparing Dwight Freeneys speed with Reggie Wayne
