Madden Franchise needs this fixed

i dont know why but every year this happens which ruins franchise if you play for long years

but WHY do imported rookies always come in with the age of 24....most of the players come in between 20-22 which 5th year seniors at 23

if you play your franchise for a long time then this usually makes the players retire 3 years earlier than what they should
