Do the pre-made draft classes have random names or are they going to have the same names so I am going to see the same players if I do more than one franchise?

I know some of them are NOT random cuz some of them are from Head Coach 09, not sure about the others.

I wish I could get a definite answer on this. Seems like an important issue for replayability but no one has been able to answer
