I've decided on going with 3-4 years of imported NCAA and then switching as well. Kinda best of both worlds but I never played Head Coach enough to know who are the best players to draft which is how I like it, will make the draft very exciting in coming years but I dont wanna miss out on current college stars.

Have we determined if the problem with NCAA progression occurs after the first draft? Like how there are 25 99s, does this happen still in Madden where everyone comes in really high?

Didn't pick up NCAA this year so it's Hand-Crafted for me.. No big deal though, I didn't really use the Import feature even when I did buy NCAA

I'll be using both. Alternating between them every year.

Once my friend gets NCAA10 by gamefly then I will borrow it for a day and do a set of rosters. I plan to alternate every other year unless I find that the NCAA rosters are no good.

Re: Will you use EA created Draft Class or Import from NCAA?

im (TRYING) to use the imported ones but i hate the unrealistic ratings. so im studying them to see if maybe i can get them more realistic so far i have some good news. heres the formulas from college to pro
(to bump up ratings)
qb= awarness+ good arm + decent season in ncaa

example bradford n tebow usually always comes in the 1-2 round so i studied them n found it was there high awarness

so i edited jevan snead (projected 1st rounder but has a 92 rating in ncaa) he would usually go in 5-6 so what i did was bumped his awarness slightly less than bradford and upped his arm a little AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW! he became a first rounder
(low awareness= dooky ratings so if they were a 95 and had 75 awarness in ncaa that means nope....most likely gonna be a 5th rounder or so

the hb formula for higher rating=

lower awarness + good season
example: jahvid best kept coming in around 5-6 what i did was lowered his awarness into mid 70s and bumped some of his skills and guess what? he became a 2nd rounder sometimes 3rd
(high awarness hbs ALWAYS come in rated crappy)

the low formula also works for wide receivers, db's, DE's OL
the higher formula works for linebackers tight ends? still testing this theory right now

but good news is i pretty much fixed the qb's hb's n wr's so they go around were they are supposed to
