Madden 10 offline Franchise with 2 players

has anyone figured out how to play offline franchise with 2 players?

I don't mean co-op i mean two players playing separate teams(ex. if i want to run the dolphins, and my friend wants to run the vikings.) Everytime i start a game it simulates the other games for the week.

has anyone figured out how to do this?

I don't have the game yet but I am guessing that you have to pick what teams that you want control of when you are first setting up your franchise. You should be able to pick anywhere from 1-32 teams to control. Let me know if that works.

sorry i didn't specify this. I did choose two different teams. it still simulates it.

ok so after some testing I found out that you CAN control two different teams in the way I mentioned above. You just have to play the games in order how they are listed in the nfl schedule in game.

Should be able to. Problem is that most players do not live in the same house. What about passing file between players for trades/updates? Used to be able to do it with the locker online. They only seem to care about playing online or playing offline by yourself. Bring back 2K Sports. This exclusive rights licence is a joke.

My buddy and I do the same thing. I believe now instead of the ea locker you can just save the franchise to a usb flash drive then email it to each other. then when you download it off the email to your flash drive then just load it into your ps3.
