Curretly no he is not. But since he has signed with the eagles the other day. He should be on a roster update sometime in the near future.

He was reinstated to the NFL like 2 weeks ago. They should have created him before they released, they had enough time. =(

Vick has already been cleared to play and participate in all practices/camps this preseason. Goodell said Vick will be fully reinstated by week 6 of the regular season AT THE LATEST. My guess is Vick will be eligible to play within Week 3-4 of the regular season. He should be inserted ASAP into the rosters, I am surprised EA didn't put him in the game as a FA as he has already been reinstated for a couple weeks now.
