Ive tinkered alot, and 15 minutes with 25 second runoff worked best for me.

It will be different for everyone. I use regular 8 min quarters.

What kind of stats you getting? Number of plays?

I'm thinking of 7 minute quarters myself...I'll be playing with the Titans so I will need to run Johnson and White and still get some passing going with Collins.
