So are these user celebrations triggered by pushing a button?

Last year I believe you hit X or something, but if you ran to a TD spot you would do a generic celebration.

Also, does the camera still cut to an up close view?

The button on the far right I believe. Also, you can high step farther out than the 5 yard line, the D just has to be a certain number of yards away, you can't have anybody near you.
