Ok let me contradict you a little bit. When you play saftey and a player runs by you and you turn around to chase him, the camera stays the same, thus having eyes in the back of your head. And half of the time the guy you are chasing isnt even visible on the screen. This feature sucks.

You are right about that, when youre behind someone chasing them down the camera should follow.

Still though, when youre chasing someone from behind youre usually beat. If youre too far to see them on the camera, you wouldn't catch them anyway.
