I'll give him more than one year to turn around a franchise that, IMO, hit rock bottom with Madden 09. To ask them to address every issue in one year's time is, IMO, a bit much. The things that were added to the game were huge, and it's setting the table for some serious football in Madden 11. I'm not saying that Madden 10 is a perfect game, nor am I saying that it's w/o some flaws that could (for some) hurt the game play experience. But, the game is, IMO, taking a much better direction, and a lot of flaws that drove me nuts in 09 are gone. Not all of them, but a lot of them.
As it's said, I'm going to let the guy buy his own groceries first. Madden 10 is evidence to me that the franchise is heading in a much better direction. With the foundation they're laying, I think they have something solid to build upon. Is that worth buying for $60 for you? Dunno. It's worth it, for me. I couldn't play Madden 09 for very long, yet I can't put Madden 10 down. The difference is night and day, to me.
