there's nothing to fix. the contracts system isn't broken.

Answer me this...why as a consumer do I care who's developing the game? Oh Ian Cummings is developing it, sweet I'll give them a 3 year break, no I expect a working football game..

We basically spoon feed the dev's on this site all that is wrong with the game and most of it is supposedly fixed and here were are 4-5 days after release and the boards are swamped with threads asking for fixes and patches and talking 2011 already..gimme a break...
