I've often wondered this myself, with the same reasoning.

Unless you're aware of how Madden's code operates, then I'm not sure you're qualified to answer this. One could assume that, since the roster is stored on the hard drive, the only limitation is storage space. However, this may not be true. I believe the game loads the entire roster into memory. If this is the case, then we're limited by RAM.

Either way, be careful about making absolute statements based on assumptions.

I don't know, I'm with you.

It's just the way I understand it to be.

If I am wrong someone can correct me, that is just the way I understand it to be.

Ideally, after the last preseason cuts are made and practice squads are formed, we would see the practice squad players added to the FA list and some of the irrelevent FAs deleted such as Tim Rattay, Mike Wahle, etc.

Ideally.

Did I not precede my statement with maybe I am stupid which means I am not sure and this is not my field of expertise so I don't know. Therefore, my statements are not absolute. Just an opinion. No need to defend the devs dude...unless you are one of "them". They are big boys they can take care of themselves.

So long as Ken Dorsey remains on the FA list.

Thanks for the update.. BUT does ANYONE know what Arron Browns Specific ratings that went up were?? to make him 3 points better overall?? I am guessing his Speed and ACC and AGL ALL had to go up into the 90's... . but does anyone know exactly what they are?

Figured this update would include Mario Haggan since he's starting now. Him and Dumervil got some good pressure against the Niners.
