Help Vs the 1-5-5

In NCAA 10 it is definitely cheese since the line play sucks and guys aren't picked up, but I have actually seen it used in real life NFL games. It doesn't break Madden's AI to the point where I would call cheese, but it is terribly insane to run or throw against due to all of the speed on the field. It's about as hard as the Quarters show blitz plays. Any tips on getting positive yards while playing against someone who uses this D will be greatly appreciated.

Run it up the gut. Since the ratings are drastically altered all across the board, your blocker's strength/block ratings will heavily overpower any DB's on the field, no matter how fast they are. Run up the middle consistently, and they will change their tune real quick. If they don't, that's the game.

Steelers vs Vikings. My buddy uses the Steeler's 1-5-5 Predator. They have great line play and a 3 for rush D. When he was in a regular formation (3-4, 4-3) AP was killin, but that 1-5-5 is killer.
