Yea for me it all depends on his Man Coverage rating. I usually almost always have my MLB covering a running back so Man Coverage helps a lot. But if he has horrible coverage skills then I run a 3-4 and use him as a blitzing MLB by running something like a 3-4 Weak Blitz (kinda like how the Steelers used Kendrell Bell back when he was younger and putting up sacks from MLB).

Yea I hear ya bud. Problem for me is that the Redskins playbook doesn't have any 3-4 defense plays, only 4-3, etc.

Yeah, I am currently in my first year of my franchise and I did some serious resigning to a few players. I had to resign DeMarcus Ware, because he is obviously the best defensive player in the game. Well he wanted 100M over 7 years, which I had no issues in giving to him. Then I resigned a few back ups, Austin and Hurd for a few more seasons. I plan on trading Crayton in the off-season and drafting a WR. I am currently around 5M in cap room this season.

^^^this. Look at Michael Clayton this past off-season. Mark Dominik gave him $25 million and he's still dropping passes in training camp.

I payed a one of the clone QB's (from Stanford) 96 mil over 7 years. I simmed my 1st season in my Niners franchise and came away with the 1st pick. Took him. WOW! Talk about holding me hostage!
