Superstar mode has always been the weak link of madden video games but this year it was especially bad. No agents, no interviews, no e-mails, you still cant change your number, no roles, no influence. How come all the work that they put into franchise mode couldnt be the same for superstar mode. I was wondering if anyone else thought this sucked.

I haven't played it yet, but if all that you say is true, then they didn't even bother to copy/paste the 09 SS mode into M10.

The only fun I've ever had with any SS mode is by making ridiculous players, like Mr. Heisman for NCAA 09. He was a speedy QB, who I tried to have run on every play.

Yeah, they just need to take that off and deal with the real issues. That's why theres so many issues because not enough memory space because of the defunct superstar mode. I don't know why EA doesn't see that the superstar mode was just a gimmick, a last gen gimmick if anything.

It's really a shame. Games like the Show and NHL show how great this type of mode can be, but it's executed so poorly in Madden.

They took it out so in 3 years, they can put it back in and introduce it as a new, groundbreaking feature.
