how do you view/upload highlights in online franchise?

1.After the game ends.....go to "Manage Highlights" or something similar to that.

2. find the plays you want to save (up to 10).. watch and save.

3. after all highlights are saved exit to main menu

4. find "manage highlights" in one of the main menu options.

5. scroll through and find "Online Franchise" highlights

6. you should see all the highlights you just saved in Franchise. Click on each highlight and select "upload". It takes a few seconds for them to up load and has a load bar.

That's it. The franchise game highlights will be posted on your madden franchise website under "Video highlights". I hope this helps. Good luck

Tried these steps and can see videos on the "My Media" page at easportsworld.com, but the Online Franchise site still says "There are no videos highlights for the franchise."

I've waited 24 hours to see if it takes a while, but still no dice. Is this broken?

Yeah My videos aren't there either. However, they are there when i go to my regular easportsworld page. Go figure...
