I have looked for this everywhere. Someone said that one of the designers said you could do it, but I haven't seen any options anywhere and I haven't found any answers. Anyone got anything yet?

Is it offline or online?

If it's online you can leave the franchise as long as someone else is the commish and rejoin it as a different team if the team is available.

If you continue seeking a Madden game with all of the options it had on XBox, you will be disappointed. If you accept that the next-gen version of Madden is a downgrade in every area except graphics, then you will find a true gaming experience.
