is there pass/run commit in Madden 10? (PS3)

is there pass/run commit in madden this year? if so, how do u do it? in the past, at snap, u would flick right stick up or down right? this year all i get when i do so is my guy hit sticking thin air!

I've yet to see ads. Of course, as the game's initially starting, it says "Connecting online". I hit the "X" for cancel.

I think if you stay connected, even in an offline game, the ads pop up...

Yeah well I'm always connected. This is the first time I've seen them in this game but it's seriously been every play the same ad and I'm starting to legitimitely despise it.
