In my franchise Aaron Rodgers has 99 sac 99 mac 96 dac and his tha is only 84 anybody have a clue how the 3 new attributes work into the old tha attribute?

I don't think they do. I drafted a guy with 91 accuracy and his highest accuracy was short passing and it was like a 77

yeah I'd like to also know how those 4 ratings all integrate with each other as well.....or do they even work??

what is the overall correlation of the TA if it is no where near the averages of the other 3 ??

There was a thread a while ago where Ian said throw accuracy means nothing, it's the short, mid, deep and throw on the run ratings that matter
