You guys know that in the NFL, even on incompletions and out of bouds plays, the clock starts again as soon as the ball is marked ready for play, right? The only time the clock completely stops for those things is during the last two minutes of the first half and the last five minutes of the second half.

Well I posted that just because a lot of people have been complaining that the clock was running after an out of bounds. If you were not one of those people, then this thread was not directed toward you.

Which clock? The play clock or main clock?
