Quick Question About Hiring a New Head Coach in Franchise

For anyone who has done it...say I fire my head coach and hire a former head coach who was in the game last year--Romeo Crennel, Mike Holmgren, etc...do you actually see their digital representations walking the sidelines, or is it a generic coach?

What about guys who coached a few years back, like a Marty Shottenheimer?

Also, since players can become head coaches...if Brian Urlacher retires and I hire him as my head coach, will I see a digital head that looks like Brian Urlacher roaming the sidelines--since his and many other players' faces are in the game--or will it be a generic looking coach called Brian Urlacher?

Thanks.

As a lifetime Patriots fan, I was very excited when I hired T. Bruschi as my head coach in my franchise. I was not very excited when there was a dude that looked as old as Tom Coughlin on the sidelines during the game.

Can someone tell me how to promote my offensive coordinator to head coach. In my Cowboys franchise, Wade Phillips retired after the first year and the only way I could move Garrett up to head coach was to fire him as O. Coordinator! That is not a realistic way of doing this.

I know in versions before there was a tab or something that actuallysaid promote right?

Pretty sure the way you are doing it is the only way

I pretty sure you can still promote them once you get to the offseason staff screen and click on the coordinators name. Could be wrong..
