I've seen teams with coaches that had multiple coaches that gave penalties to AWR, PUR, TAK, MCV and ZCV have one of the top 3 defenses in the league and make it to the Super Bowl. It was kind of wrong, I proceed to shred their defense for over 500 yards of offense and 52 points, easiest SB ever.

Well, I think it should have a massive effect to the game in franchise mode.
I also think you should only be allowed to use that coaches schemes in franchise mode and not pick a book from another team and use it, so in effect the coaches have more influence on the team, and makes you decide what coach you want.
