PS3 wont read the Madden disc

Tried playing the game today, and all of a sudden the game wont load. All my other games load fine. I played last night, with no problem. The disc is clean. Anyone else having this problem, or heard of it?

Yea i had that same problem a month ago. Hate to say it but your blu-ray lens is probably dying. Cost me 150 to get mine fixed, sorry

same problem happened to me today. tried to play this evening and it wouldn't work, kept freezing up my PS3, tried my roommate's madden disc and no dice...then i put fifa 10 in and it started up like a charm...i popped madden back in and still nothing! all my other games work fine, just no madden 10!

hey, i found that madden 10 had a corrupt savegame file and what i needed to do was factory restore and reformat the harddrive..you might be able to get away with just deleting your madden 10 files, but restoring the ps3 is what worked for me..good luck!
