I'm on the 360 also ...weird.
The only time you can manually pick though,is during the preseason...which I've done,and carried through till midway through the regular season....and still no patches

Like I mentioned earlier,I can see them on the cpu teams,just not on my players.....

The Steelers in real life don't have them on their jersey's, so they don't have them on in the game either. Same with the Cowboys and Patriots. There may be more teams like that, but I can't think of any.

I was able to pick captains in my first season, but in my second season, I never had a chance. I tried doing it during Preseason, but the option to select captains never came up when I selected a player.
