Definitely try eBay. I got mine for $40 roughly a month ago used on eBay. If you are patient, you can probably get it cheaper than that now.

Next summer? Doubtful. I'm sure there's always a price drop before Christmas. There's been several articles on them being forced to drop the price earlier the last couple of years in an attempt to meet sales goals. Believe the last ones were in Novemember, so if the full price hasn't dropped at retail stores (I haven't checked) then it will probably be coming in the next 4 to 6 weeks. At this point though, I highly recommend eBay. No reason to pay full price for a game unless you are buying it on release date.

Try searching on Craigslist if you haven't already. I purchased my copy for $25 back in September (the original asking price was $40, but I'm pretty good at negotiating prices).
