What to do with roster in Chiefs franchise

Are you guys building around Matt Cassel,or are some of you drafting a qb Im starting a franchise ith them and im not sold in him. I know he dosent have much talent like he did in NE. The gm did trade for him so I douct they will draft a qb high?? What are other people doing here?? Also Charles isnt a everydown back hes quick nice back are you guys getting fas or drafting rb's?? The d is the worst thats where im going to do most of my work.

Its not that his talent has diminished, you just have to look who he has playing around him. Give him the Pats back and he starts winning again, if they had a defense that is. And I like to keep my franchise's realistic, so I'd build around him. I believe that's what's going on in real life.

Wait a minute; I'm not even sure what his potential is in the game. Anything below a B and I'd draft Tebow in the first round. He always falls to the late first early second in the few test chises I've messed with

Charles isn't bad, especially if you play all the games. Mallett comes out terrible in my classes but it's impossible to get perfect accuracy. I say stick with Cassel for two years while building up the defense, specifically D-line (Terrence Cody is perfect for the Chiefs if you ask me) and LB's (Derrick Johnson is not a good fit for example) and being on the lookout for another good WR to compliment Bowe. A fast receiving TE would be nice too.

1. Most important for the Chiefs is to build the o-line. You'll need a C, RG, and RT. Get your RT through free agency--you can find a serviceable one there after season One. The C and G should come through your drafts. Don't be afraid to draft a tackle and move him to RG, either.

2. Next is building the LB's. With the 3-4 that the Chiefs use, make sure that you get fast, smart MLB's. Mike Vrabel is solid as is Tamba Hali in latest roster updates, but two MLB's are crucial.

3. Upgrade the safties ASAP.

IF you use scouting and the Madden draft classes, you can rebuild the Chiefs into a winner in two years. In 2010 they'll be competitive. In 2011 they'll be playoff caliber.

So I need to go get my line going through fa and draft,and get safetys and wr te I can take right now wouldnt mind better they have size. Cassell seems to have the tools not sure if im sold im him charles to me isnt a everydown back i need to do a 2 back system like car run the bal throw less. Anymore advice im a bears fan just trying to rebuild the chiefs thanks!!
