tring to join a franchise but had a questions what if you have to play a real person and not a cpu and the other person is never online, do you play vs a CPU or have to wait til both of you are online to play it??

you wait, and depending on your commish he may boot the more inactive player allowing you to play it.

can you enter a random league with time zone? since im currently deployed in japan

i'm sure you could. as long as it's not password protected, but im not sure as i've never been in a random OF
