What is up with Urlacher?

Alright, ever since downloading the latest roster update, Urlacher has gone goofy. By goofy I mean the following things:

1.) He is no longer on Injured Reserve.
2.) I can put him at #1 on the depth chart and he never goes in, even after a year or two on Franchise.
3.) I try to sub him in via formation subs and his name is not in the list.

Is there any way to be able to play with him again?

Ps this is all in offline franchise mode

Is pre-existing injuries off on your franchise settings?

Preexisting injuries is on. Also, if I change Urlacher's position he still does not play, but if I trade him to another team, he does play.

I think its a bug, samething(minus the IR part) happened to a friend of mine when he had Cutler.This is only other time I've heard about this though.

It needs to be off for injured players(real world) to play i believe...
