can you assign a double team on a WR?

I know you said PS3, but i think on 360 you pull the right trigger and select the WR with X, A etc. I could be wrong, but i would check and see if it could be the same combination for PS3 as well.

Pulling Right trigger and selecting a receiver selects what receiver you want to Hilight or focus on.
To double team it is what was stated above(Go to player -Hit A - Selct which receivee to go man on - hit left on left stick...)

Not that it really matters because you'll almost never have the time to set it up before the ball is snapped... Which kind of make the complicated nature of setting up a man to man or double team redundent simply because of a time constraint...

yeah i hate how the CPU hikes the ball right away every ****ing time. didnt they fix that with a patch in madden 09...why is it still here? makes me scared that they dont build off of patched games, so madden 11 will be made from madden 10 before both patches...

I have plenty of time to make adjustments like this and I play with a 20 second acc clock runoff...

Ill have time for sure cause i play online you guys should do it too, way funner than just playing against the computer

I play online only as well. The last time I tried man to man assignment was when I was trying to find a way to counter users from abusing the flats prior to patch #2. It didn't seem to be very effective but this may have been because I was using my one of my linemen for man to man coverage.

I'm wondering if this works any better after patch #2. Or maybe, I should use a player from the secondary instead.
