What about?
I sure would like to be able to hot route a post or corner again.
That aside, number 1 would be create a playbook and play creator. Your playbook should depend on your O coordinator not the head coach. Also, depending on the OC's rating say 75 or above you should then be able to access play creator. That said we should have the ability to effect their ratings during play. Coach and player ratings should be updated every 4 weeks in franchise. You should also be able to leave an OC or DC position open and have that spot filled by your HC as well.
