You have some brilliant ideas. I know one of my favorite games, Company Of Heroes, uses the Havok system. Lots of others do too. You really need to find yourself a team that knows how to program for your specific plugins. I sure modeling isn't that hard, but getting the AI to play intelligently is another story.

I'm programming the AI, Physics/Animation, and the skies/weather system. My team is going to work on the models, their animations, and other things like the presentations, user interface, and Graphics

Play Now and Franchise modes. And yes you will be able to edit
ratings and manage teams. I also want to give people the ability to completely edit the player's face like in an rpg game.
