Blue Potential Bars While Scouting

I googled for an answer and came up empty. What do the blue potential bars mean when you scout a player?

I thought they were green?

Potential = how good a player may be. Once they are drafted, it will be an A, B, C, or D.

I know that. But when you hit right stick it brings up their measurable numbers and some of the potential bars are blue when they are usually a dark green labeled "high" or a yellow labeled "decent".

I'm not the only one that gets that... right?

I've seen that too. I assumed that it meant that the player was special or something lol. I don't know. That is a good question. Does anybody have an answer?

From what I heard, it just means they're right in between green and yellow. Not anything special.

So you're saying yellow and green make blue?

Its low High/high Decent. They forgot to take that color bar out of the game. It just means they are high-decent.
