What makes Donny Moore a "ratings czar"?

Agreed 100%...this would allow the rosters to be updated on a weekly basis w/o burning Donny out

Honestly with the way some of the simplest things goes down on Madden, I don't think these dudes know much about football at all.

They probably just watch the Super Bowl and call it a day.

Dynamic DNA(NBA Live 10) is something that Donny/EA Tiburon should check out for sure. He wouldn't have to read through community boards to get feedback.
I'm sure its much easier to get those DNA statistics in the NFL(16gms + playoffs) VS. NBA (82 games + playoffs). NBA Live is updating the DNA daily.

that job would be brutal. all that work to put your opinions/research into every nfl player and no matter how good you do it'll always be wrong since its so subjective to the consumers.

They need to take a lot of the work he does away from him. Hire 8-16 people and have them learn everything about 2-3 teams. Then they could accurately make weekly roster moves.

The updates this year were terrible many players were starters for months and never received increases. And they never updated ratings for backups.
