There are no true whites in Madden. White is a greyish sort of color. The color temperature has been an issue for a long time, but I'll assume it's technical.

And while we're at it, I think it's high time they fix the Saints. Their pants are supposed to be gold, but for the longest time they've had a dull kind of brown, that doesn't pop at all.

I've brought this up to someone who could do something about it. "Looks fine to me" was the response I got at the time. Maybe now that someone else sees this, he can notify Mike Young about it.

Whites have been a problem in both Madden & NCAA. I'm not sure why they can't get white in the game. It really ruins the Longhorns uniforms in NCAA, and any away teams uniform in Madden. I'm not a uniform guy, more of a gameplay guy, but I don't see how they mess up the uniforms. All of the colors are posted, as well as the uniforms. For the most part these are configuration issues, and there's no excuse for color's being wrong, or color / patterns being incorrect for home/away uniforms.
