Is it possible to get deleted dynasties back?

I have been having a Giants dynasty since I've had the game and I turned it on tonight to play it and it has been deleted. I am sure my girlfriend deleted it because she and her friend are always messing around with it and she doesnt no what she is doing. My friend was telling me there is some way you can get into the internal memory of the Xbox and reboot the dynasty from that. Can someone walk me through that process here?
