David Tyree Catch

Me, myself I don't have a problem with it being in the game for situations like deep throws down the field and it's a go get it type situation but not for somethin as simple as a Slant route.. I would rather them take this out the game ONLY if they can put more sideline and Cris Carter type catches.

Believe it or not the David Tyree catch did happen this past season. Kasim Osgood of the Chargers pulled it off during the regular season.

yeah this animation is a good example of a gimmick: no substance but something used to get attention and sales.

I've seen that catch once in my entire time playing the game. It doesn't bother me at all. But if people are seeing it often, I guess they should remove it from the game.

I don't recall. I watched every game last year and I don't remember it happening.

I must of missed it.

Edit: And take it out of the game or have it pop up every once in a very LONG time. As of right now It happens to frequently(just like big hits or hurdles) and the DT catch either needs to be taken out all together or toned down a lot.
