What if you try renting a game before you buy it?

What if it's awesome are there still going to be *****'s complaining about every little thing?

What if I have my thumbs get chopped off in a freak accident and I can't play anymore?

The point is there's no sense in asking this question yet. Let's at least wait until the demo drops. Geez

I'll be more upset if we see a repeat of last year where all of these touted improvements don't make it into the final build.

For all of the changes they spoke about, what percentage actually showed up/worked/worked as intended last year??

And as others have said----rent it first. Don't fall for the hype on release day. See for yourself.

MJ I think that's the biggest issue many have . me personally i was a little disappointed, but understanding that decisions have to be made. I'm ok now. its just a matter of releasing what you know will be in the game. which i think is the approach they are taking this year.

The best move really would be to rent the game first and not pre-order Madden.

That's what I am thinking of doing this season instead of blindly buying Madden. I may wait until the start of the regular season since the most important roster update isn't until week one.

If the game plays well as a rental. Then I will buy the game for sure.
