Something big from last gen missing from today's Madden presenation
One thing we are all used to seeing on Sunday's is a score bug at the bottom of the screen or in the upper corner. How cool would it be to be playing a game and constantly have scores updating live during your game. That would really give the user a sense of being in a league with 31 other teams.
Right now, the halftime scores we do get aren't even halftime scores. They are all final scores with the words "halftime" or "2nd quarter" next to them.
This was something that was done right on last gen in both NCAA and Madden. Heck this was even done on Super NES (along with bonus coverage from other games, but that's for another time to discuss). Why can't this be done now and on a larger scale a la real life telecasts?
