This will be the first year that I will be renting Madden instead of buying and only if the demo impresses me.

Yeah, I'm sure I'll be playing it at some point. I know too many people that looooove Madden. I want be buying it though. I'll leave that to the other sheep that buy Madden every year regardless of the quality. A flock which I admittedly used to be part of until this year.

I will play it but this will break a 15 year streak of me buying it. No point to buy the game anymore I played Madden 09 and Madden 10 for about 2 weeks a piece and then they just collected dust. I can't beleive how much I liked Madden 04,05,06,07 on last gen, also can't beleive that might have been the peak of the Madden series. This engine sucks IMO I can't handle watching DB's walk backwards as fast as a WR sprinting up field.

Still there is a fair amount of liars 44 people won't play/buy get real.

Right Now, NCAA is the priortity football buy for me. I am DEFINITELY getting NCAA. If the money is not funny, then maybe I'll get Madden, but I will do so with the intent that I will NOT play online or online franchise (because the feature is SO WEAK). Watching Online Dynasty do nearly everything Madden should be doing (when it comes to online franchise/dynasty) is sickening, and in my opinion, utterly RIDICULOUS!

Will definitely be playing Madden 11, ONLY because I can get it for $20 new. I will play it and if it isn't good, I can trade it in for more than I paid for it.

So I vote yes, with a caveat lol.
