The teams in bold either used to wear them regularly, or they are there regular jerseys.. The Falcons had the blacks as there normal jersey before, the Panthers, Raiders, and Saints wear the black jerseys regularly.. The Lions, Eagles, Bucs, and Falcons also don't wear them anymore.

The Eagles DO wear them. They are the usual alternate jerseys. The only exceptions since they came out in 2004 were 2007 (The yellow/blue) and 2010 (the 1960 throwbacks). The difference is, they usually only wear them one time a season.
