NFL Head Coach 09 for Franchise mode with additions and improvements. That's based on what Josh Looman had to say about what they wanted to add if there was going to be a 3rd installment of HC!

He was talking Practice Squad, adding the emergency QB as the 46th guy available on game day etc. etc.

The game and the way the devs of HC09 interacted with everyone on here raised the bar in my opinion.

Agree that 5 is better than 10, but also pointing out the 05 wasn't all it was cracked up to be to everyone.

Okay, I know that the Tony Bruno Show got very repetitive, but it was one of those expectations that I thought that would be improved in Madden as years went on. Prime example: You notice how NBA 2K10 has dynamic commentary in it's game? That's an idea that I'd love to see EA incorporate. They made the first step by signing Gus Johnson, now try dynamic commentary.

Bingo, this I would like. I also thought Bruno's voice was nauseating after awhile.

I wasn't a big fan of the Tony Bruno stuff. Got repetitive.

My wish is that instead of that they'd give you the option of just playing a stream of ESPN Radio when browsing menus. They already play the Sportscenters, give me the option to stream ESPN Radio 24/7.

I think if we could all reset out expectations to that of what we had in the maddens of the 90s then we could all enjoy madden without being frustrated or angry or upset. So feel free to share your expectations and where they come from and if you think since you posted on operation sports if that made your expectations increase or decrease. And just how you feel about the current state of the game.
With all due respect. Why would I want to reset my expectations back to the 90's when it's 2010? I hear this argument a lot in defense of Madden. Not saying that you're saying this, but a lot of people think that Madden should be given some slack and that we should remember how much fun we had with the game when it was sprites and the gameplay was even less sim.

I don't reset my expectations for any other game, so why would I do it for Madden? The 90's are over dude lol.
