Draft Classes
One thing I have been annoyed at these past few years was that imported or auto-generated draft classes have not had the right weight and talent pool for teams playing a 3-4 defense. The DE's dont really get about 270lbs, and the DT never reach above 320lbs and don't have the right abilities in place to properly build a team as a 3/4. Also the same goes for pass rushing LB's... they make them overly freakish with auto gen draft classes (too fast ie speed 90+).
This applies for NCAA 11 too... and it sucks being the Baltimore Ravens and or Georgia Tech : (
