Is "Man Align" working for anyone?

I try it but my guys don't seem to budge... I'll have a ROLBer covering a HB on the right side of the QB... I try "Man Align" but nothing happens...

Yeah, I got the same problem.

Man align has never worked since the switch to next gen. I believe the players come out in some form of auto man align, but you still see some players out of position.
