Is there a specific range for each potential letter grade? For instance for a QB with a B potential what is the max he can progress? Is there a max number for each letter grade?

Yes F potential is 59, D potential is 69, C potential is 79, B potential is 89, and A potential is 99.

A=90-99
B=80-89
C=70-79
D=60-69
F=>60
