I'm trying to make a highlight video and I was wondering how to save replays on ps3? Like if you can go into instant replay and save like you used to be able to?

Yeah, it's not done through the replays anymore. I don't remember the exact option but it's something like Game Summary/Drive Summary etc o the pause menu, click that and there is a highlight option. Pretty good, keeps a bunch of replays until the end of the game.
