1) Yes. There will be bigger textures (even than the Xbox) - Source (if I remember correctly, PCFootball.net interview)

2) Don't know but I don't know why it wouldn't return. I just wish they would include the actuall Hall of Fame game.

3) Online league play returns. However, it is one and done. (source PC Gamespot interview and Football-gaming.com interview).
