So there is a slider for injuries then? What about kicking? Is there a slider for this?

yes go to my madden then settings then special teams. you can control the power and accuracy of field goals and punts and kickoffs

lol for me injuries aren't really an issue, variety is. currently, i have 4 guys out with a broken collarbone....

Variety is an issue... I also have four guys out with a broken collarbone. Now I don't feel so alone. Are there any other injuries in the game?
