Trade Proposals Fair or Cheese?, your thoughts (M11)

So been working on my Lions chise and I'm really liking Jahvid Best as my starting RB with Mo Morris as his back-up.

The odd man out is Kevin Smith who's not played bad and is a solid RB, just not my prefered type of guy (speed). He's in a contract year and I cannot forsee paying him the kind of money he'll be asking for and I think its best for both the team and him if the Lions shipped him off for a draft pick and player possibly. I've been debating what he'd fetch on open market. My thought is a 4th round pick or 5th and player for depth. Here's what I'm thinking please let me know if this is a "sim-trade" and if both teams would be winning

Tampa Bay - trade
2011 5th Round pick
WR - Sammie Stroughter

Detroit - trade
RB - Kevin Smith
2011 7th Round pick

Or

Miami - trade
RB - Ronnie Brown
CB/S - Jason Allen
2011 4th Round Pick

Detroit - trade
RB - Kevin Smith
OLB - Clif Avril
2011 7th Round pick

Or (my favorite due to moving up in 2011 draft)

New England - trade
2011 2nd Round pick (via Panthers)
2011 5th Round pick

Detroit - trade
RB - Kevin Smith
2011 3rd Round pick
2011 4th Round pick

So that's my current trade ideas, would enjoy feedback and to hear other trade ideas.fyi please no cheese trade just becuz the CPU trade logic is FUBAR doesn't mean its "sim" to take advantage of it...just my 2cents

Appreciate the replys, the Ronnie Brown deal was out there but he is always injured. I agree he's better than Kevin Smith. But he older and have less left in the tank.

Haven't made a move yet but I'm leaning towards Tampa Bay, I'd like to send Kevin back down to Florida. Making it a win/win for all sides is something I try to do with any trades I do make

I think the Tampa trade is BS. Stroughter was an absolute steal for the Bucs as a 7th round rookie last season. He is only going to continue to develop. The Bucs also have a loaded backfield, not sure why they would add another body to it and take away from the receiving corps and give up a 5th at the same time.

Hmmm might just have to let him walk in FA at years end b/c I cannot give dude the bucks he wants, as I need to spend that free cap space on the defensive side of the ball and Jahvid Best is my starting RB...

I mange to get Tyvon Branch(SS, 86), Trevor Scott(OLB, 77), and a 5th round pick for Kevin Smith and Brain Clark.

I end up deleting that franchise but yeah that's probably as lopsided as it gets
